Processing Time All rugs are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3–10 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Time Orders are shipped within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after the order has been completed.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Delays SCOFFY RUGS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
